What Is Watercolor?
Watercolor is a techneque used by artists in which special paint and paper is used in conbination with water to create beautiful pale or transparent effects.
The paint used is desined to desolve in water, by thinning the paint with water the colors lighten without having to add “white”. To create a transparent effect the artist simply continues to diluet the paint with water.
